Dirty Streets Create a Feeling Of Being In Danger

Streets littered with dirt thrown everywhere give a poor impression of these streets. It creates an atmosphere where people will not feel well. This is an aspect of the streets being unclean that is often overlooked. When the road sweepers come in and you start to remove this negative experience, and clean the streets people are living in, then they will start to feel better. Setting up a regular cleaning schedule is of course necessary. Keeping the streets clean is to be considered a basic service to the community. This could be done by municipal workers, or by people living in this street, whom have been given the responsibility to keep their street clean. The returned cleanliness will then in return help to strengthen the sense of community. Removing the negative effect of dirts in the streets will improve the way people feel, will improve their level of happiness, and will improve the way your community sees itself.
